Entrepreneurial Life from Sports
When I was seven years old, I became involved with the sport of dodgeball. From being the main attacker of the school team to a player of the national team, to founding the American Dodgeball Association of the Republic of China, to running several companies and managing them at the same time, I have changed my identity over the years, but my mind has always been centered on one thing: How can we make more people feel the learning and value of the sport?
With the help of many people, the sport of American Dodgeball has been introduced into schools and enterprises, not only the formation of American Dodgeball teams in various counties and cities, but also has become a super popular educational and training tool to cultivate tacit understanding, communication, coordination and cohesion of the corporate team, which is widely circulated among the corporate personnel.
In 2022, I founded "Motivation Sports", trying to turn the spirit of sports into corporate training energy. Starting with American dodgeball, I copied and introduced various emerging sports and promoted one corporate team building activity after another, which is now fortunate enough to be popular among major corporations in Taiwan, and I can organize sports-based team building courses for hundreds of corporations every year.

Ubuntu: Philosophical Beliefs on the Sports Field
On my right wrist I have a prominent tattoo of "Ubuntu", which is derived from the African Zulu word meaning "I exist because of us".
This is not only my personal belief from my athletic career, but also the core of the brand culture that inspires the sport. The corporate environment should not be a solo scene, but rather a long-term team competition that supports each other, puts people first, and moves forward together, and I believe that through the diverse backgrounds and perspectives of the team and I, we will be able to continue to create long-term corporate events that have never been seen before.
In fact, this culture is often seen in the daily life of the team at Motivate: partners are proactive in supporting each other, cross-departmental collaboration is smooth, and there is room for tolerance and discussion of mistakes, just like a championship team, where everyone is complementary and supportive of each other. I think I've borrowed from the philosophy of the athletes and have built an organizational culture that is not afraid of collision and trial and error.
