As one of the world's leading technology companies, ASML's main objective of this event was to stimulate teamwork, tactical thinking, and quick reaction skills through a challenging and interesting attack and defense archery competition, as well as to promote communication and cooperation among employees.
Motivational Campaign Planning
Professional coaches will teach and introduce the operation to ensure that each participant is familiar with the use of the equipment and understands the rules of the competition. The competition is divided into three stages. The first stage is to familiarize the team with each other and test the team's tacit understanding. Teams need to work together to complete the shooting tasks, familiarize themselves with the competition mode and the use of bows and arrows, and gain points for the competition.
In the attack and defense section of the Arrow Paradise Road, teamwork between attack and defense is emphasized. When the coach gave the order, the arrows staggered in the air, how the participants need to flexibly dodge the opponent's attack, behind the bunker ready to grab the corner cone in front of them, not only need team members to think about strategy, but also need to cooperate with each other, no matter whether it is the tactical sacrifices, or the choice of bow and arrow domination, to ensure that the team can get the ultimate victory, all these are the demonstration of the spirit of teamwork.
In the final group competition session, combining the multiple tasks of target shooting and knocking down cones, the teams discussed the battle strategies based on their previous experiences. Interestingly, the teams came up with different strategies. Some chose to make a quick attack, leaning on the bunkers to keep moving forward and attacking together. Some chose to send out their team members to blur the battle, allowing their opponents to shoot arrows together, and in the end, the opponents had no weapons to attack, thus winning the game. The game is not only a competition of physical strength and skills, but also a competition of wisdom and teamwork.
Results and Feedback
The activity not only strengthened the staff's teamwork ability, but also made everyone gain a lot in the fun competition, which had a significant effect on the team morale, and the staff could also release the pressure after the stressful work, and looked forward to bringing more teams to experience the attack and defense arrows in the future, and give full play to their creativity to face the future challenges together.
