Customer Needs
The CASETiFY team hopes to promote cross-departmental understanding and cooperation through a fun and challenging ball game, and to build tacit understanding, release stress and stimulate potentials through team interaction.
At the same time, it allows partners to break away from the daily focus of work and to communicate and observe each other's qualities with a more open mind.
Motivational Campaign Planning
Incentive Sports has planned a three-hour experience for CASETiFY with two sports challenges: "Fitness Ball" and "American Dodgeball".
In a safe and fun competition session, every participant has the space to participate and the stage to play.

At the beginning of the event, coaches conducted hands-on teaching and practical exercises to familiarize everyone with the hitting skills, ball control rhythm and team movement. Even novices who are new to this kind of sport can gradually adapt to it and participate in it freely.
Ball Challenge × Co-op Strategy Fusion
The challenge emphasizes on "non-power to win". Teams have to divide up the work, with some covering, some striking, some observing the line of movement, and some formulating tactics. It is not only a test of reflexes, but also relies on mutual trust and on-the-spot communication.
Many partners are surprised to find that their normally quiet colleagues have amazing explosive power; they also take the initiative to assign tasks to their teammates, and quickly adjust from their mistakes to learn from each other's tactics, and ultimately achieve the best results.

Results and Feedback
The success of the event allowed the partners to connect, support each other, discuss strategies and routes, and build a sense of unity.
There are winners and losers in a race, and each step requires thought, judgment and physical effort. The unexpected situations in the field allow each other to learn how to tolerate and compensate for each other, truly breaking away from the daily rhythm and gaining new feelings with our workmates.
The partners shared that they were happy to learn about the two sports in just three hours and had a short time to release the pressure.
At first, they thought it was easy, but when they got off the court, they realized it wasn't. It also made them think about the fact that in their daily work, maybe their partner's task is not easy, and they need to look at each other with empathy and think about each other's position more.
A team exercise on trust, cooperation and observation, CASETiFY partners built up a tacit understanding in a relaxing atmosphere, learned complementary position and trust in the course of the battle, and left a warm and real memory for their teammates.
