Building a healthy and sustainable future for people - Chia Hsin Cement. After a long period of hard work, Chia Hsin Cement has developed into an enterprise group that includes cement, logistics, and hotel services. In its 70th anniversary year, Chia Hsin Cement expects to demonstrate the spirit of unity and solidarity through the Games, and to do its part for environmental sustainability and ecological protection through concrete actions.

In this event, Incentive Sports prepared a variety of sports challenges such as the Team Formula for a diverse team of employees of different age groups. Through a combination of corporate quizzes and physical challenges, each team member was able to utilize his/her individual strengths to win for the team.

In addition, in the Frisbee Relay, teams had to pass the Frisbee accurately to the next teammate, and if the Frisbee fell off on the way, they had to start all over again. We observed that Ka Sun Cement's teammates, when their teammates made repeated mistakes, still encouraged them with positive attitudes, or even when their opponents had already finished the race, the team members still did not give up and continued to motivate their partners to overcome the challenges, which exemplified the true spirit of sportsmanship through their actions.

In order to put the concept of promoting environmental protection and sustainable development into practice, the Campaign is now providing recycled water cups to demonstrate its commitment to environmental protection by reducing the use of single-use plastics. These recycled cups are not only convenient for participants to drink water, but also encourage them to be kind to the earth. We hope that through such hands-on environmental actions, we can realize the concept of sustainable co-prosperity between Chia Hsin Cement and the world.

Competition is not the goal of the corporate games held at Jiaxin Cement. As the Chairman shared with us, the deeper purpose of these activities is to inspire employees to emphasize on a healthy lifestyle. More importantly, we hope that our partners from different units can get to know each other better and unite as one.
