Uber Corporate Games

Customer Needs

In order to enhance team cohesion, Incentive Sports organized the "2024 Uber Day" Corporate Games for Uber, hoping to let employees experience the power of teamwork while relaxing through a variety of fun competitions. Incentive Sports has planned a number of competitions for the event, including "Football Attack and Defense", "Arrow Race", "Frisbee Relay", "Nine Gridiron Throwing Competition", "Ribbon Rugby", "American Dodgeball", and "Team Relay", which will test the physical strength, reflexes, and team spirit of the competitors.

Motivational Campaign Planning

Carefully Designed Diversified Programs

Based on Uber's needs, we have planned a variety of competitions that are both competitive and fun. For example, the "Arrow Race" is based on the strategic discussion between team members and the cooperation of teammates. From replenishing arrows, identifying the best archer in the team to matching up in the real competition, all of these require close teamwork. Similarly, there is also the "Frisbee Relay", in which team members have to solve math problems while passing a Frisbee, combining physical and intellectual challenges, adding difficulty and fun to the competition.

Integration of corporate culture and spirit

Each event is based on teamwork and is designed with corporate-related questions and answers. In the "Ten Men, Eleven Legs" event, each team member had to coordinate their pace and rhythm in order to answer the corporate-related questions as fast as possible and achieve the goal. This not only requires team trust, but also tests their understanding of Uber's corporate culture.

Add Uber branding elements

In the "Big Team Relay" competition, props such as Uber delivery boxes, delivery undershirts and Uber taxi lampshades were prepared to make participants feel more immersed in the event and strengthen corporate identity. These props also added fun to the event and became the highlights of the event for employees to take photos with. The most impressive part of the event was that the Uber team chose to let their children take part in the race. Putting aside the winners and losers for a while, everyone cheered for the little athletes.

Results and Feedback

The Games attracted more than hundreds of Uber employees, and the atmosphere at the event was high, with employees actively participating and showing strong team spirit and competitive spirit. The dedication of the participants was evident in every event, especially in the strip football and American dodgeball events, where the competition was intense and not only brought out the spirit of Uber employees, but also made the blood of all participants on the field boil. The team was able to improve the tacit understanding in the challenge and fully demonstrate Uber's corporate characteristics, which is not only a corporate sports event, but also brings us closer to each other.
