Baseball5 is a fast-paced, five-on-five baseball game where the offensive team hits the ball with their hand and runs the bases, while the defensive team makes outs by catching, throwing, forcing out, and tagging runners, requiring neither bats nor gloves.
You don't need a large field or even a bat or glove, just a rubber ball to play the game, and there is no pitcher or catcher, so it's relatively easy to get started. Teamwork, tactical execution, and quick reflexes are the focus of the game.
1. Grouping and Team Kickoff
Each team elects a captain, brainstorms a team name and chant, and builds team consensus and event atmosphere.
2. Warm-up and Rule Explanation
The coach led the warm-up and introduced batting, base running, defense, and ways to get out.
3. Batting and Fielding Practice
From bare-handed striking, catching, and throwing to tagging bases, gradually familiarize yourself with the fundamental skills required for the game.
