Corporate Soccer World Cup
Team Rhythm Alignment
The Corporate Soccer World Cup is based on the core spirit of "One Team, One Goal". Through passing, tactical running and small-sided matches, it creates a highly participatory team experience.
Soccer is not an individual sport, every pass and run is a trust in your partner.
Teams must think and act in sync to create scoring opportunities.
Teamwork in real time
In a fast-paced offense/defense transition, communication must be concise, clear and immediate.
When the space on the field is changing rapidly, the team needs to use the most precise instructions to complete the match.
From "seeing your teammates" to "anticipating your position," soccer allows teams to practice maintaining a clear flow of information in dynamic environments, improving collaboration efficiency and speed of judgment.
Enhanced Role Responsibility
Clear division of labor and tactical layout, so that each member understands his or her own value in the team, so that partners can face the challenges of the workplace more comfortably!
